Part was ordered for repair on my atv. Was told it would be 3-5 bus. days for arrival. On the 6th bus. day I called to see if the part had come in and it had. The service advisor told me it would be installed the next Day(Friday) and coukd pickup in the late afternoon. No phone call Friday. Saturday afternoon I called to check status and was told it would be Monday afternoon. No phone call Monday. Tuesday I called back and was told it was ready yesterday afternoon. Communication is key with changes and delays. Overall satisfied and work that was done was good but A better job could have been done by being more proactive in notifying the customer of status on their machine.
